Shipping policy

AesthoLab operates under StockGuard Group LLC, a registered U.S. company. We ship primarily within the United States, with optional international delivery to select regions including the United Arab Emirates.


1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We offer reliable nationwide delivery through trusted carriers.

Free Shipping

We ship to select international destinations, including the Americas, Middle-East and Asia.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. AesthoLab is not responsible for:
